Creativity from Found Objects - A Powerful Tool for Self-Exploration and Stress Reduction!

One of the barriers that keep people from creative activities is the cost of raw materials.  Are you in this camp?  Well, let me help with some ideas!

In addition to all the freebie swap groups like Freecycle and on Facebook, you are probably throwing out some things that could be turned into art.  A Taste of Alaska Inn outside Fairbanks (perfect aurora country) showed what you can do with "trash" glass bottles: a beautiful tree sculpture and a singing wall.  You can do the same or similar.  The tree - get a friend with welding experience to make it for you, and swap for what you have.  The wall was a throw-away metal rack.
